How to remove an Artist from multiple Marquees

If an artist is no longer part of a production—or was added to the wrong one—you can remove them from any Marquee directly through their profile in the People panel of the Marquee Database. This method allows you to manage all of an artist’s Marquee connections in one place.

Step 1: Access the People Panel

From the Marquee Database, go to the People panel.

• This is where all artist profiles (cast and creative) are stored and managed.

Step 2: Open the Artist's View/Edit Menu

Locate the artist you want to update and click the View/Edit option.

• This opens a detailed menu specific to that artist.

Step 3: View Connected Marquees

You’ll see a list of all Marquees this artist is currently connected to.

• To remove the artist from a specific Marquee, click the X next to that Marquee name.
• If you remove someone by mistake or want to add them back to a Marquee, click the Add button to reconnect them.

This differs from the standard Add/Remove Artist form, which removes artists from a specific Marquee. This method removes a specific artist from any Marquees they’re currently attached to.

Step 4: Submit Your Changes

Click Submit to confirm the updates.

• The artist will be removed from the selected Marquees, and your changes will go into effect immediately.

Editing Again in the Future

You can return to the View/Edit menu for any artist via the People panel to make additional changes at any time.
