How to remove Components from a Marquee
Need to remove a component like a Venue, Production Staff, or Media from your Marquee? No problem! You can easily manage and update connected components using the dropdown menu at the top of your Marquee page. This guide walks you through the process.
Step 1: Open the Marquee Dropdown Menu
At the top of the page, click the dropdown menu for the Marquee you’re working on.
- This menu provides access to all components connected to your Marquee.
Step 2: View Connected Components
You’ll see a list of all Connected Components currently attached to your Marquee, such as:
- Venue
- Venue Staff
- Cast
- Creative Team
- Messages
- Media
- More
Step 3: Remove a Component
Let’s take Venue as an example:
- If a Venue is connected, you’ll see its name listed.
- To remove it, click the X next to the name.
- If there’s no Venue connected, you’ll see a warning labeled “No Venue”.
Repeat this process for any other components you'd like to remove.
Step 4: Re-Add a Component (Optional)
If you change your mind or removed something by mistake:
- Click the Add button next to that component type.
- Select the appropriate item from your list or create a new one.
Step 5: Submit Your Changes
Once you've made all necessary adjustments, click Submit to save your changes.
You can return to this menu at any time to make additional updates.
