How to add/remove Artists from a Marquee

Need to update your cast or creative team? The Marquee platform makes it easy to manage artist connections at any time. Here’s how to add or remove artists from your Marquee using that Marquee's dropdown menu at the top of the page.


Step 1: Access the Artist Management Menu

At the top of the page, open the dropdown menu for your Marquee.

  • This menu includes quick access to various tools—choose the option to Add/Remove Artists.

Step 2: Remove Cast Members

You’ll see a list of all Cast members currently connected to this Marquee.

  • To remove a cast member, click the X next to their name.

Step 3: Add or Re-Add Cast Members

To re-add someone you removed—or add someone new:

  1. Click the Select button.
  2. Choose the cast member from the list or search for their name.

Step 4: Manage Creative Team Members

Below the cast list, you’ll find the Creative Team section.

  • To remove a creative, click the X next to their name.
  • To add or re-add someone, click the Select button and choose from the available options.

Step 5: Submit Your Changes

After making your updates, click Submit to apply the changes.

You can return to this menu at any time to continue managing artists associated with the Marquee.
