How to use the Marquee Checklist

The Marquee Checklist helps you track your progress as you build your digital playbill, showing what sections are completed and what still needs your attention. It's a quick and convenient way to stay organized and ensure nothing gets missed. Here’s how to use the checklist within the Marquee Builder.


Step 1: Accessing the Checklist

In the Marquee Builder, locate the Checklist icon in the bottom left corner of your Marquee Panel.

  • Click the icon to open your personalized Marquee Checklist.

Step 2: Reviewing Component Status

The checklist displays every available component that can be added to your Marquee. Each item will show one of the following statuses:

  • Completed – A green checkmark appears next to items that have been successfully added.
  • Not Yet Added – Items you haven’t completed will display a status like “No Venue Staff” or “No Messages Added”.

Step 3: Viewing Multi-Entry Components

For sections that allow multiple entries—such as Cast, Creative Team, or Locals—you’ll see a list of what has already been added.

  • This makes it easy to verify which individuals or items have been included and spot any missing entries.

Step 4: Using the Checklist as a Build Guide

Use the checklist to:

  • Track what you’ve completed so far
  • Identify which sections still need to be created
  • Double-check multi-entry areas to ensure they are fully built out

The checklist serves as a build companion and ensures your Marquee is complete and ready for your audience.
