How to submit your Artist Information (via the Artist Link)
Adding an Artist Profile in Marquee Digital ensures that performer and creative team details are correctly stored and referenced for future productions. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of adding a new artist to a Marquee.
Step 1: Accessing the Artist Profile Dashboard
To begin, you will receive a unique URL from your theatre, directing you to the Artist Profile Dashboard.
- Enter your email address – This is linked to your Artist Information for future access.
- If this is your first time submitting, you will be asked to enter your First and Last Name for a quick system check.
- This ensures that no duplicate profiles exist under different emails.
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Creating an Artist Profile
The Artist Profile stores personal and professional details, allowing them to be used across multiple Marquees without needing to be re-entered.
Required Artist Information
- Artist Name (Required)
- Email Address (Required)
- Pronouns (Optional)
- Birthday (Optional)
Social Media Links (Optional)
- Handles – Enter usernames for Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- No need to enter full URLs—just the handle (e.g.,

).

- Additional Social Links – Enter full URLs for personal Website, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Apple Music, and LinkedIn.
Adding a Security PIN (Optional)
- You have the option to create a Security PIN for added profile protection.
- If enabled, you will need to enter the PIN to edit your information in the future.
Once all details are entered, click Submit.
Step 3: Adding Headshot and Bio
After submitting your Artist Profile, you will receive an email with two links:
- Add Bio and Headshot (Next step)
- Update Link – Allows you to modify previously submitted information.
Click on the Add Bio and Headshot link to proceed.
Step 4: Adding Show-Specific Information
- Input Your Role – Enter your character or job title.
- Additional Role (Optional) – If you have extra duties (e.g., Dance Captain, Understudy), enter them here.
- Cast or Creative – Indicate if you are part of the cast or the creative team.
- Union Affiliation (Optional) – Select any unions you are a part of.
- A union badge will appear on your bio if applicable.
- If you prefer not to display affiliations, choose Not Applicable.
Using a Previously Submitted Headshot
- If you have previously submitted a headshot for another Marquee, you can reuse it instead of uploading a new one.
- If uploading a new headshot, click Next to proceed.
Step 5: Uploading a Headshot
- Click Upload File and select your headshot (JPG, WEBP, or PNG format).
- A cropping tool will open to help you adjust the image to fit the Marquee’s square format.
- Click Continue when finished.
Step 6: Entering Your Bio
- Enter your bio (maximum 150 words) to ensure optimal mobile viewing.
- Use the text formatting tools as needed.
- Click Submit to finalize your Artist Profile.
Step 7: Editing Your Artist Information
Your Artist Profile is now added to the Marquee! 🎭
- If you need to edit any details, go to the People section in the Marquee Database.
- Alternatively, use the Edit Link sent in your confirmation email.
Your artist information is now complete and will be displayed in the Marquee Digital Playbill! 🚀
